Thank you for shopping with All Out Treks. We want you to be confident when purchasing parts for your vehicle, and we aim to make returns as simple and fair as possible. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and uninstalled

In original packaging, including all hardware and accessories

In resellable condition

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Includes your order number or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of installation, modification, or use are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, compatibility, or supplier restrictions, including:

Installed or mounted parts

Electrical items (lighting, wiring, harnesses, modules)

Special-order items

Clearance or final-sale items

Custom-made or made-to-order products

Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Fitment Issues
Many automotive parts require correct trim, year, and model selection. If you are unsure about compatibility, please reach out before purchasing, we’re happy to help ensure correct fitment.
Fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle selection, incorrect part choice, or modifications not disclosed at the time of ordering are not considered defects and may not be eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage

We will work with you and/or the manufacturer to resolve the issue
Approved defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Damage caused during installation, misuse, accidents, or improper handling is not covered.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items returned in non-resellable condition or missing components may receive a partial refund or be denied.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
To exchange an item, please initiate a return request and place a new order for the desired product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed to a carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Special-order or custom items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
